Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is faulty or you cannot access it, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you.

Refunds for client services are set out in your project agreement. Deposits secure your place in our schedule and are usually non-refundable.

Email hello@yourdomain.com with your order number and a short description. We aim to reply within two working days.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer where you live.
